Consent to Electronic Communications

By submitting the contact form on our website, you agree that MAIS LLC may communicate with you electronically — including by email, SMS/text message, and phone — instead of by paper mail, and that such communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing.

Hardware and Software Requirements

To receive and view electronic communications, you will need a device with internet access, a current web browser or email client, and (for text messages) a mobile phone capable of receiving SMS messages.

How to Withdraw Consent

You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message, or by contacting us at order@maisllc.com or (833) 442-9531. Withdrawing consent will not affect the validity of communications sent before your request was processed.

Requesting a Paper Copy

You may request a paper copy of any electronic communication by contacting us at order@maisllc.com or (833) 442-9531. We may charge a reasonable fee for providing paper copies where permitted by law.
